1 Login and Registration
1.1 Why create an account?

Creating an account with us is easy and free. 

If you are logged in to your online store through MY ACCOUNT, you will be taken to the dashboard of your account. Here you will find an overview of recently placed orders and their account data.

Using the menu on the left, you can also:

  • Send tickets
  • Modify your account data
  • Add and Modify address details
  • View shopping cart and Wish list
  • Overview of all placed orders
  • Have the possibility to individually view orders
  • Have the possibility to initiate a return.
1.2 Wish Lists

You can add items from online store to your Wish Lists, making it easy to keep track of all the products you desire.

Then, from the My wishlist page (under My accounts), you can see all the items added to your Wish Lists. You can also add wishlisted products to the shopping cart directly from the My wishlist page.

1.3 Tickets

Registered customers can create a ticket if they have a question or require support.

When you log into your account on online store, you  can click My tickets and create a new ticket and see an overview of all previously sent tickets.

1.4 E-mail

The Customer Support page of online store contains a contact form, that customers can use to email customer support team.

2 Coupons
2.1 Discount Coupon Codes

Discount Coupon Codes are a powerful method to have a special price for desired items from online store.

Below we will explain how to activate coupon codes:

Your Discount Code can be redeemed during the buying process. To do so, please enter your Discount Code in the appropriate field and confirm the entry with the "Apply" button. The entry was correct if the Coupon amount will be substracted from your total amount in the shopping card.

Important information about the redemption of a Coupon promotion!

  • Only one Discount Code can be redeemed per order. 
  • Discount Codes are usable only once and loose their validity once your order is made.
  • Discount Codes may have a minimum order value.
  • If the invoice amount of returned or canceled items is below the value of the unredeemed Discount Code, a full credit can not be guaranteed.
  • Discount Codes may have a validity period.
  • Discount Codes may be tied to specific brands, categories or campaigns.
  • If you type your Discount Code, please make sure that no extra spaces are included.
2.2 Discount Gift Cards or Gift Cards with fixed amount

In online store you can only use Discount Coupon Codes. Their discount value can be expressed as an amount or percentage. Using discount and/or gift cards issued by the our retail stores is not possible by default.

3 Payment
3.1 Prices

All prices on website are given in Euro, payments and refunds are invoiced in Euro. To get an approximate value in your local currency please use our Currency Conversion Feature. Final amounts charged may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions. To receive the accurate amount please contact your bank.

All items sold through website include VAT at the rate of 19%. In case the item will be shipped in a country outside Europe the VAT rate will be deducted during the checkout process.

The price of the items specified on website does not include the shipping costs which are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. 

3.2 Payment methods offers a variety of payment options eg. Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank transfer and Cash on Delivery.

4 Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Where can I track my order?

BOYS & GIRLS has partnered with several shipping companies to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in more than 200 countries and territories. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can check online on the shipping provider's site any time to see the status of your order. This way you can effortlessly understand every step of the process from starting your order to the successful delivery.

4.2 How long does it take until my order arrives?

If you place an order before 12pm (Cyprus time) we process the order the same day. 

Once your order leaves our distribution center you will receive an email. This email includes a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery by our logistics partner at any time.

Please note: We make every effort to deliver all ordered goods in the agreed time, but we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

5 Return Items
5.1 How does the 15 days return policy work?

You can return unworn items within 15 days. Please be careful to not remove attached labels or destroy the articles. This saves you and us time and hassle in case of a complaint.

  1. If you want to return an item, please initiate return in your Account. These steps explain how to do it.
  2. You will receive your order with a Return Form (download). Please fill out the Return Form and put it in a shipping carton together with the product. For returns outside of EU countries please also send the Commercial Invoice supplied with your order.

  3. Please note that the label of the primary order is no longer visible. Please turn in and pay your return package at your favourite mail service. Don’t forget to request proof of shipping for your records.Once we receive your return, you will get a confirmation via email. 

    When returning several articles from different orders, please make sure to enclose all return notes within the package.
5.2 How do I get my money back?

Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 10-14 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email from a member of our Customer Support team. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Please note you will not be refunded for importation fees (if applicable).

6.1 I have a question, claim, offer, etc.

If you have a question about your order, interesting offer or even a claim, feel free to leave a message for us through the My Account link.

This is the most efficient way to communicate with us, as any queries you submit through My Account are automatically linked to your account’s order and billing information.

However, if you prefer to send an email or to talk over the phone, you’re more than welcome to give us a call!

6.2 How can I complain about an article
