Return Policy

We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for return shipping. To receive a refund, the goods must be returned within 15 days of delivery in the exact condition in which they were shipped along with your return form. Please bear in mind that if an item came with a hanger, this is also a part of the item and needs to be returned as well.

Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the goods are found to be damaged, show signs of wear, or without original tags and packaging.

Please note you will not be refunded for importation fees (if applicable).


How to return an item?

You must have an account to create a return shipment. If you place orders as guests, you will have to register with the same e-mail address to convert your guest account into a customer account. 

All items returned should be returned with a completed returns form. Unidentified parcels may not be refunded. We ask that you return your items to us within 15 days of receiving them. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. You have to initiate return in your Account. These steps explain how to do it.
  2. Complete the Return Form enclosed in your order. For returns outside of EU countries please also send the Commercial Invoice supplied with your order.
  3. Wrap the item securely making sure the completed return form is inside the package.
  4. The return should be sent to: BOYS & GIRLS PREMIER, Arch. Makarios III Avenue, 213 D-E, Maximos Plaza, Limassol, 3105, Cyprus. Please ensure you return using either ACS, UPS, DHL or the post. Don’t forget to request proof of shipping for your records.


Receiving a Refund

Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 10-14 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email from a member of our Customer Support team. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.



Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item(s) in a different size, subject to availability and will only be made once we have received the returned item(s). We cannot reserve any items for an exchange.

Sale Items

Items indicated as "Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. This applies to all purchases made on

  • Any products purchased during a promotional sale event indicated as "Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.
  • Any purchases made using a promo code indicated as "Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.
  • Sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions. No price adjustments on previously placed orders.


Faulty Items

There are exceptions to every rule. For example, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, that’s on us. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.


Gift Returns

If you have received an item(s) as a gift you can exchange it for another size. If the requested size is not available, we will automatically issue a refund to the account / customer that placed and paid for the order. We cannot issue gift vouchers for returns.

Live Return

Web orders can also be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Be sure to bring your return to the store with your filed Return Form.
